About Jay Beckman

Jay Beckman I am an Arizona-based shooter specializing in aviation subjects and the activities associated with all types of flying both civilian and military.

Here you'll find static subjects, ground-to-air and air-to-air in razor-sharp, high-quality images that showcase the excitement and beauty of flight from the biplanes of the 1930s through the combat aircraft of World War II to today's modern military and civilian jets and light aircraft.

I have been featured in Aviation Week & Space Technology, Sport Aviation, the "Golden Age Of Flight" calendar and "The 100 Greatest Aircraft Of All Time" by the editors of Flying Magazine. I am also a volunteer photographer for EAA each summer at AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
